MEET THE HEART OF THE STUDIO
Movement has always been part of Stephanie’s life. After spending many years dancing, yoga became the next natural step - a practice that offered balance, strength, and peace in equal measure. Over the past 30 years, yoga has shaped not only her body but her outlook on life.
When her son graduated from college, Stephanie decided it was finally time to follow a lifelong dream. While working full-time, she completed her 200-hour and 300- hour yoga teacheing certifications.
After moving to Lighthouse Point, she noticed there was no space dedicated to unheated yoga - something simple, grounded, and designed for the local community. That realization sparked her vision for Lighthouse Point Yoga, a studio built to bring people together through mindful movement, genuine connection, and the simple joy of yoga.
Stephanie’s mission is to share the heart of yoga with Lighthouse Point, bringing a practice that feels real, accessible, and rooted in tradition to her community. Her classes focus on presence over perfection and community over competition, inviting every student to breathe, move, and rediscover what yoga can offer on and off the mat.
